SHANTHAN ON SHANTHAN The following paragraphs mirror to you what Shanthan thinks of Shanthan. This I assume will make your job an easier one, in the sense that you have a fairly good idea as to what kind of person you are dealing with!!!!. 	Shanthan (b. 19th April '76) is a pleasant chap who is soft spoken, caring & a lovable guy.  He comes from a middle class family whose parents are well educated & respected couple.  Shanthan is a well-mannered guy & is fluent in English, Hindi and Telugu.  He is an Ambitious guy who is quite adventurous and cherishes challenges.  He is a Creative guy and loves to do things in an innovative manner.   Strengths and Weakness of Shanthan Strengths :  He is easily approachable & helpful & this feature of his helps him befriend anybody in no time. This is a grate asset in his professional life - as a Marketer.  He has very good Communication Skills, another asset.  His mindset is oriented towards adapting to change & therefore eager to learn new things. This ability makes him dynamic. His motto " Change today to lead tomorrow"  He is familiar with the web & is also learning web page designing.  He being familiar with MultiMedia & Presentation S/W's like PowerPoint & APW(learning) Therefore he can handle corporate presentations effortlessly, he can make them more effective.  His MBA from Jawharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad & Computer course from NIIT has transformed him into a perfect guy.  He has been trained to manage and market products/services. He is a natural marketer, he loves to talk, he strives to know more about his products, he studies his competitors.  He understands that the future is in the field of IT & consciously strives to keep abreast of the changing technologies.  He has a very good idea regarding programming, knows quite a lot about H/W & S/W & most importantly he is a capable marketer.  This is a very lethal combination because he can understand the clients problems / requirements & he can explain his company's capabilities to the client in plain English. Further he can convey the clients requirements to the technical / programming guys in their lingo / jargon.  He can see to it that there is no communication gap between the client and the company.  This will not only result in completion of the project On Time but also result in the all important Good Will of the client.   Weakness  Shanthan feels a little edgy when he comes across somebody (peers/classmates) whom he perceives to be better than him.  But then the Brighter side of it is that he strives much harder so as to be on-par with him, if not exceed him (to exceed him being his objective)  The best thing about him is that as soon as he finds any fault with himself, he does his best to correct it himself immediately & in cases where the solution is out of his reach, he does not hesitate to contact the right person and get corrected for he believes that "Harboring a fault & not trying to correct is Double Fault."
